Customer Reviews
Decent deal for new customers
I signed up for Glasfaser 300 last month. I was looking for the best value and saw they had a Neukundenbonus, which gave me the first 6 months at a reduced price. That really swayed my decision, saved me a good chunk of money upfront. The Bereitstellungsgebühr was also waived, which felt like a nice bonus. Installation was free too during their Vorvermarktungsphase. For what I'm paying right now, the internet speed is more than enough. It feels like I got a pretty good deal compared to other providers.
Fast internet, easy setup.
Got the Glasfaser 1000. Speeds are great. Installation was quick, took about an hour. Had a question about my old contract, support helped. No complaints with the service.
Good internet, setup could be smoother
I ordered the Glasfaser 500 plan a few months ago for my home office setup. The ordering process online was straightforward, but I had a couple of questions about the installation timeline. I used their customer support chat, and they were responsive, though it took a little while to get a clear answer on the exact day. The FTTH-Anschluss installation itself was done professionally; the technician was on time and got everything set up within an hour. I decided to use my own AVM FritzBox, which connected without issues. Internet speed has been consistently excellent since then, no dropouts or slow downs, which was my main concern switching from DSL. The only minor complaint is that the initial communication for the install date was a bit vague, but once it was scheduled, it went smoothly. Overall, I'm happy with the performance.

Thinking of switching to TNG Glasfaser. How long does the whole activation process take once I sign up?
I'm in a new development and TNG is doing a pre-marketing phase. Does that mean the fiber connection to my house will actually be free?
Is TNG fiber actually good? I keep seeing ads but like, is it fast fast or just 'fast'?
